Our Companion Apps (collectively “Apps”), including the related Websites pages (“Website”), require certain information to provide our services to you. For example, you must have an account on Twitter in order to upload or share content on Twitter. When you choose to share the information below with us, we collect and use it to operate our App.
Basic Account Information
Twitter considers your display name and username to be public, but you can use either your real name or a pseudonym. You can also use multiple Twitter accounts in our App.
Direct Messages and Non-Public Communications
Our Apps communicate via Direct Messages to Challenge Learning Bots. When you communicate with others by sending or receiving Direct Messages, both Twitter and the Apps will store and process your communications and information related to them. You may manage the information on posted in these messages directly on Twitter and/or edit or delete within the Apps. Deleting information on the Apps does not delete Tweets stored on Twitter.
We share the content of your Direct Messages only through Twitter to the Challenge Learning Bots; we do not use them to serve you ads. Remember that recipient Challenge Learning Bots have their own copy of your communications on Twitter – even if you delete your copy in the App and those messages from your account on Twitter – which they may duplicate, store, or re-share.
You may decide to contact us by email or through a form on our website. We consider these communications private and will not share email addresses or other personal information collected through a form.
